Heather struggled with a 4th degree tear, postpartum depression, and was told she couldn’t walk past the mailbox for the first 6 weeks of recovery after her first birth. Terrified to have the same struggles with her second birth, she dwelled on the word PEACE and speaks life into women about how she got through PPD, and how different pregnancies and births can be.
