Lindsay shares the story of her redemptive second birth which followed a challenging first birth marked by a retained placenta and diagnosis of placenta accreta. Initially planning for an epidural, she found herself unexpectedly in an unmedicated hospital birth when her baby arrived quickly after labor started. Due to the fast pace of the labor and delivery their older daughter was present with them in the hospital and witnessed the entire birth. Although her birth plan shifted, it ended up being a beautiful and memorable day for the entire family.

Lindsay lives with her family in Carlton Oregon, a small town in Oregon’s wine country about 45 minutes outside of Portland. She has been married to her husband Ajay for six years, and together they have two children- Georgia who is 3.5, and Camryn who is 7 months old.
