This is a list of recommended resources for pregnancy provided by my guests and my own personal experience with pregnancy. One of the most important aspects of pregnancy is preparing for the birth of your baby. I recommended listening to birth stories and investing time in reading books that prepare you for childbirth. Aller-Ease Cotton Hypoallergenic Allergy Protection Body Pillow, 20″ x 54″ – Don’t spend a bunch of money on a fancy pregnancy specific pillow, this one is the best!

Rainbow Light Complete Prenatal System Food Based Tablets 180 tablets – great food based prenatals that won’t make you nauseous.
Salus-Haus – Floradix Iron & Herbs – 8.5 oz (FFP) – This is amazing for dealing with anemia or low iron levels which is SO common in pregnancy. I was told I was anemic with my first pregnancy and once I started taking this, I was well in the normal range by my next prenatal appointment.
