I just want to thank you so much for your podcast. I decided at 37 weeks to switch from a regular OB practice to a birth center. I spent hours listening to your guest stories…I really truly feel like your guests’ stories helped me know what I was experiencing and that I was strong enough to get through it.
I’m so obsessed with your page! I’m a single mom and almost 38 and pregnant. Anytime I start to feel a little down about having to do all this alone I look at your page and it really inspires me to stay positive because I’m getting the ultimate reward of a new baby. Love you guys!

My favorite [mantra] these days is “I choose this.” I heard it from a story on The Birth Hour and have been making it my own to combat negative feelings in my day. So powerful.
