Ellen’s third labor progressed from a slow start to a very quick delivery. She gave birth at the hospital, supported by the same midwife who assisted with her previous two children. Despite a smooth delivery, the family remained in the hospital for three nights following the birth. In this episode, Ellen discusses her experience with postpartum depression and shares the resources that helped her navigate that period. Connect with her at EllenMote.com or on instagram @ellenmote
