Reaching over 5 million families a year in over 150 countries, The Birth Hour is the #1 online resource for birth stories—featuring two new podcast episodes each week. The Birth Hour further serves its community through a comprehensive online childbirth course as well as informative and inclusive social media accounts. The mission of The Birth Hour is to support expecting parents in their journey to parenthood by helping them to be informed and empowered as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Women are often so overwhelmed with all of the information available to them during pregnancy and new motherhood. I’ve been there myself.
Our goal is supporting and informing parents about their options which is why we only work with sponsors that bring true benefit to our audience. We love family-friendly brands that are working to make the transition to parenthood a little easier.
ABOUT BRYN
I’ve spent the last 15 years working in Content Marketing in a variety of industries. After giving birth, I found my passion—ensuring women know their options when it comes to pregnancy and childbirth. It wasn’t that long ago that I was navigating motherhood for the first time and I understand that women are often overwhelmed and it can be difficult to know where to turn. The Birth Hour is all about building community and relying on each other to navigate new motherhood.
My professional background in Online Marketing has contributed greatly to the success of The Birth Hour as I focus heavily on SEO, social media, and email marketing. I love that my professional experience and my passion for pregnancy, birth and new motherhood have come together so beautifully. I’m excited to work with you to bring your brand to life for our audience.
“I have spent a lot of time listening to your podcast, and Ijust wanted to drop you a note and compliment you on the way you interact with your sponsors in the post-episode interviews. Not everyone is great at selling their product, but you always manage to coax a good pitch out of each salesperson. You ask good questions, you validate what they are saying and reword what they are struggling to say, and you share personal experience whenever you can. It makes the advertisements fun to listen to, and it shows what a talent you have for interviewing. I’m in communications, too, so I know it’s an art! Thank you for making such a great podcast!” – Jordan W. (listener email)

PODCAST SPONSORSHIP
Through monthly podcast partnerships, I promote your products/brand via an interview (that lives at the end of a podcast episode) with a parent who’s used and loved your product and then I amplify that sponsorship via my website, Instagram, and Facebook.
You can listen to a podcast ad for BabyList here — mention at the beginning and the ad interview starts at 00:29:41 or a podcast ad spot for Peanut App here — there’s a mention at the beginning and then the ad interview starts at 29:43.
I love getting creative with Instagram promotions to make them fun and organic as well! Here’s an example of an Instagram video we made for Britax and another video we made for Milkies by Fairhaven Health. We will work together to find interviewees for the ad spot and our team will handle creating images/video for promotion on social while also inviting you to provide any content you want to promote.
Have you worked with podcast advertising before? It’s known for having great conversion due to audience trust and niche audiences. Here’s an article that talks a bit about that if it’s new to you. The Birth Hour only works with brands that make sense to our audience and that we’ve had personal experience with so it’s always a really easy sell on our end and feedback from our audience is that they love our unique approach to advertising!

“Choosing Bryn and The Birth Hour for sponsorship was one of the best investments I made as I launched my new venture. As a small, mama-owned business just getting started I had to be very choosy where I spent my budget for marketing. Working with Bryn was not only easy and fun but every post she crafted about The Babymoon Retreat felt more like story telling rather than product selling. She builds trust with her followers and the result is a social media experience that feels truly genuine. I can honestly thank her for filling my first retreat—90% of attendees came from The Birth Hour promo! The proof really is in the pudding.” – Phyllis Braesnell, The Babymoon Retreat Founder
“I have to say that while some of the advertisers I was familiar with prior to listening to these podcasts and liked their products, I’ve been inspired to try others I hadn’t heard of last time around. So far I’ve used Birthsong Botanicals, Milkies Milk Savers, Aeroflow for my breast pump, and most recently Latched Mama and all have hit it out of the park. I really appreciate the fact that your advertising is all quality stuff!” – Anne Davis, listener
“Bryn effortlessly weaves real-life wisdom and insight into her cutting-edge advertising strategies. The mothers she features in each podcast are always genuine and offer a realism that other influencers cannot match. Each social media share that Bryn creates for Earth Mama Angel Baby is well received and feels completely organic in its nature. We highly recommend Bryn for companies who want authentic and totally relatable ways to reach new mamas.” – Alicia Voorhies Earth Mama Organics, Director of Marketing
“Bryn, I had to write to tell you how helpful the Milkies Milk Saver has been with my second baby. I heard your recommendation on your recent episode and wanted to say thanks, it’s been hands down the best thing I have bought this time around!” – Amanda Callahan, listener
I loved working with Bryn. She has created something really powerful and unique in The Birth Hour, and it brought so much value to us as a company to be able to partner alongside her. Bryn understands the needs of her sponsors, and is creative and responsive. We will be back for more! – Meggan Wood, CEO Lily Jade
