Tash had a traumatic first birth with her daughter that ended in a cesarean section after her baby’s cord prolapsed. She felt like all control of the birth had been lost and spent a lot of time working through the emotions that came with almost losing her baby.
She then had a very redemptive elective cesarean section with her son and found little areas where she could gain some control back.
